Simply enter the basic details for your meeting or event

We'll build and circulate an RFP, based on your specifications and solicit competitive bids from appropriate venues to present for your selection. Once you've chosen and contracted a venue, we prepare your menu selections, AV and room setup requirements. With your final approval, we return your countersigned Banquet Event Orders, as well as a hotel reservation link, a preliminary budget estimate and confirmed billing instructions. That's meeting planning made simple!

Once a venue has been contracted, you will receive an email with event details, including hotel reservation links, to share with attendees. You can opt to include a Meeting Registration link that lets attendees sign-up for your event at no extra cost. (Requires a minimum of 30 days prior to the event.)

A Complete Meeting Package (CMP) is the simplest and most convenient way to plan your meeting.

The CMP includes:

@ 1 hour prior to Meeting start time

Morning and Afternoon Breaks
@10AM & 3PM for full-day Meetings

Buffet Lunch
@Noon - 1PM for full-day Meetings

Basic AV with LCD Projector and screen
and Meeting Room Rental

The CMP will be prorated
for half-day meetings.
