Many meetings & events service providers derive all or part of their revenue through supplier-funded commissions earned from their clients’ events. Industry standard commissions range from 7% to 10% of the sleeping room revenue.

As an IATA affiliated agency, WHERE2 Meetings & Events is eligible to receive commissions from suppliers. However, unlike companies that conceal or misrepresent their commission earnings, we believe in 100% transparent pricing.

You can choose the pricing structure that’s most advantageous for your organization. Our flexible fee schedule allows us to serve  a wide range of clients and event types.

We offer basic, online meeting planning services for 1-2 day meetings for one low fee. Simply complete and submit an online meeting request form. We research and recommend appropriate venues and, with your approval, complete and submit contracts, menus, service and banquet event orders on your behalf. You receive your confirmation documents in advance. Just show up on-site, ready to go!

 

 

In addition to our online meeting planning services, we offer customized online event registration pages that allow you to sell tickets, register event attendees and accept online payments.  This can help reduce barriers to attendance and build your audience with minimal capital outlay. 

 

If your event includes overnight accommodations, you can reduce or eliminate out-of-pocket service fees by allowing us to retain supplier-funded commissions.
