We are pleased to let you know that our preferred group rates are available for check-in as early as October 18 through check-out on October 27, 2025. Due to the popularity of this destination, some members have requested to make hotel reservations now for best availability. Regular group registration opens in April.
To secure your hotel reservation early, complete and submit this form before March 14th. A rooming list will be sent to the hotel's housing department who will, in turn, contact each member via email with specifics regarding their deposit requirements based upon their room type and length of stay.
We hope this process will allow everyone to maximize their stay at this amazing resort. While establishing individual billing portfolios in advance will help speed post-event reconciliation and avoid large pre-paid deposits.
